Package Your Items
Securely pack your unused items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all seals remain intact.
Print & Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off & Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
