When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that fragrance oils and liquid bases are non-returnable to ensure the integrity and safety of our community's supplies.
Are your fragrance oils clean and non-toxic?
Yes, all makesy fragrance oils are formulated to be clean, vegan, and cruelty-free. They are phthalate-free and adhere to strict RIFM and IFRA standards for safety and purity.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping rates and customs duties are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?
To ensure fast delivery, our warehouse begins processing orders immediately. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make modifications or cancellations. Please double-check your cart and address before confirming.
